General information
Fill up the form with your basic information. Your account will be created.
Upload your documents
Time for some paperwork. Here are the documents we need to see:
A valid driving license (Front and back pricture is required) along with the expiry date.
Valid Taxi Card (Optional)
Sheriff license (Optional)
Vehicle Registration Document (Picture required)
Activate your account
Ride United will activate your account after reviewing all the information. Incase you didn't get any response contact Ride United for the approval.
Add Your Credit Card
For fees deductions your valid Credit Card is required. After putting your credit card information, you are ready to get rides!
How earnings are calculated
You might be wondering how much you can make driving with Ride United . The following criteria influence the amount you earn on each trip.
Standard fare
- You earn a fare for every completed trip.
Minimum trip earnings
- Each city has a minimum amount that you’ll earn for any trip. This makes sure your earnings reflect the effort you put in, even on short trips.
Service fee
- This fee helps fund things like app development and customer support.
Booking fee
- Riders pay a booking fee to help cover safety, regulatory, and operational costs such as insurance.
Cancellations
- In most instances, you’ll receive a cancellation fee if a rider cancels a request.
Get paid fast
Your earnings are deposited directly into your account on a daily basis, with no effort on your part.
If your customer pays cash
When you get paid by cash, you can get your earnings immediately. After each trip, tap 'Got it' to confirm and accept your fare details. The amount will be shown on screen and the app will calculate fees that you owe to Ride United Driver app.
